I bought this dvd after reading the other reviews. The film was fantastic. It draws you in so well and i really started to believe/wonder that prot (kevin spacey) was actually from a planet called K-Pax (even though its just a film!!). All the way through the film it keeps you hooked and the storyline was brilliant. Nearing the end of the film you are just dying to know what is going happen. I would wholly recommend this film as its fab.

Up there with Shawshank Redemption.. and the same sort of feel to the film. If you liked Shawshank you won't be disappointed. Definate 5* film. Didn't know there were books but going to read them now. Kevin Spacey made for the role.. superbly acted.. getting the other worldly / very human sides just right. Jeff Bridges also excellent. Rented this film, but going to buy it.

I can#x27;t say it in any simpler terms! I#x27;ve seen it 3 times, and this film can inspire a side to you, that you never knew you had. In a positive sense!!

I got this film after reading all three K-Pax books. The film is only based on the first book in the trilogy which I think is a shame.pI really loved the books. They were a fantastic and entertaining read which makes it hard for any film to live up to. Even though I found all 3 of the books a great read I found the second and third the best which is why I think it is a shame that the film is only about the first book.pApart from that, if you liked the book you will like the film. Kevin Spacey does a great job at playing Prot. I don#x27;t think anyone else could have played it as good as he. Jeff Bridges is excellent too as Dr Mark Powell BUT he was a little young compared to the Dr in the book which meant that his family was a little too young too which in turn meant that a couple of plot lines were missing from the film.pBuy it or rent it, you will not regret it.
