This pool's design requires that you set it up on an *absolutely* level AND smooth surface. The sheer weight of water will flatten the base lining over any (and all) small lumps bumps underneath it. If any are remotely sharp then... bye bye lining.p"Ready for water in 10 minutes" Yeh, right! It took that to open the box layout the liner. Then about another 15 mins to blow up the ring then a further 3-4 HOURS to fill it with water. Do allow a good 5 hours to set up otherwise you will have a lot of disappointed kids on your hands. My mate bought one and had to empty it again to level the ground by about 2-3" on one side. The earth had to be covered by an old carpet to stop any little stones puncturing the liner.pOnce set up properly this pool is excellent value. (we paid a lot less for ours - shop around). However dispite the pump I would recommend the use of some chemical to keep the water clean. Both mine and my mate's water has gone green after only a couple of weeks. I am off to find out more about this.
