this is sheer brilliance this is 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 X better than the xbox bog standard heaphones , its a bit hard to get used to because of the inear headphone style but after a hour or 2 it starts to feel rrly comfertable, its so light that i forget it is on most of te time.brthere are a few problems tho unfortuantely some people who keep their ike too far away from ther mouths will sound really quiet it is not as loud as the bog standard but not be too much, the sound quality is better on the other end but unforunately makes your voice sound higher so if you are like 9 then i dont recomend because it will start to annoy people and youll get kiked more often

a quick note to those who wish to buy this - it Does NOT come with a comunicator adaptor. This is the thing you plug into the port into te back of the controller, and then the head set into that. This means that it is only worth buying if you already own one, or are prepared to buy one seperatly (if thats possible). YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !! :P

The Halo 2 Headset is truly amazing, the sound quality is hard to identify but it is better. Comfort is something you will notify, although it takes a while to figure out how to put on. I've went through at least 4 xbox live headsets, then I got fed up and decided to use a different type, I am a fan of halo 2 so I decided to try it out, and well it was a good decision. Hasn't broke once, its more stable and supportive than the original live headset. Truly an essential for any Halo 2 fan playing xbox live all day getting killing sprees. brIf the halo 2 headset was the pistol in halo 1, and the original live headset was the pistol in halo 2 then that's true. Go and buy this item before it's to late! p(...)

This is amazing. I play on XBOX live all the time, often for hours straight. The standard headset is okay but after about half an hour of wearing it, it becomes uncomfortable. Also the standard comunicater is flimsy and just feels cheap.pThis however is solid, easily adjustable, and the sound quality is so much better. Also if you like having the microphone right next to your mouth then it won't pick up your breathing.pThe only bad thing is the price, but if you can pay it buy it!
