Planning on getting one of these or the 6gb version for LG Viewty but not sure if it will work or not. Phone specs say it supports micro sd up to 2gb but doesnt mention micro sdhc. br /Does anyone know if this will work or not? br /Thanks

I was able to read and write to the card on a PC running Windows 98 thanks to the supplied USB connector and a quick update of some files via plug and play. br / br /I was planning on using the card with my Lobster TV DAB mobile 'phone, however, SDHC cards use FAT 32, not FAT 16, to access all of the memory. This means that slightly older 'phones will not be able to read this type of card and are restricted to 2GB SD cards maximum. br / br /I will hold onto the card, though, as I'm sure I will be able to use it in the future.

Great storage and good service but not compatible with the Garmin Etrex Vista CX that I bought it for. Luckily with the full size SD adapter and USB reader there are a host of other gadgets it will go into. I suspect the imcompatibility is because it is formatted as FAT32 whereas the smaller cards are formatted as FAT12. I can't find a way to reformat it and I suspect this wouldn't help the capacity or speed.
