Having read a previous customer review (re. non-delivery) it was with trepidation that we ordered the Panasonic 32" on Friday morning on an Amazon special delivery service (guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the following day)! But, as promied, the TV arrived on Saturday morning (at 11.30am!) and we're thrilled with it! It was excellent value (about 150 less than several other retailers) with great quality pictures on chanels 1-5 (unable to view Freeview yet as it looks like we need a digital booster aerial to do so - fingers crossed!). Do be prepared to spend a little while reading the instructions setting up the new tv! I've never been an avid tv-watcher, especially as we have a very large lounge which involved squinting across the room at our little old tv, so it was wonderful to sit with the whole family on Saturday evening and watch a film clearly - if you're undecided about going for a large screen tv ... just go for it! Thanks Amazon :o)

I have been in the process of buying an LCD TV for the last 18 months and have always put it off in the hope that prices will come down. There are a lot of cheap (less well-known brand) TVs out there that appear to do a good job, but there are, obviously, compromises usually in terms of picture and sound quality. br / br /As a previous reviewer stated, the recent Which? review placed Panasonic as the best LCD TV manufacturer and, in the full online article, this TV was one of the highest scorers beating many higher priced models. At the time, Amazon were offering this model at a pretty amazing 495 delivered so I decided to take the plunge (I notice it has gone up a bit). br / br /Even with the free delivery, it arrived within 3 days of ordering (thanks!) and I must admit to being a bit shocked at the size of it! We are used to a smaller TV and live in a cottage ... br / br /Within fifteen minutes, I had set it up without any problems. The built-in Freeview tuner was better than our expensive set-top box (the signal here is appalling). The picture is truly impressive and the remote is easy to use (once you get used to the Panasonic layout). The sound is much better than I expected (this is one of the compromises - it doesn't have Panasonic's upgraded sound system). br / br /Now, I just need to get a DVD player with HD upscaling so that all my DVDs can be revitalised! br / br /Fully recommended.

A great piece of equipment! Ready to go straight out of the box - it comes with the stand attached. Took only 5 minutes to set it up. I have checked both Sony and Toshiba LCDs and this one is better, both in vision and sound. Value for money at 550 odd pounds. br /I have used the TV for more than a week and have checked most of the SKY channels including sports, movies and nature. 5 out of 5!! Try out the different viewing modes - the TV shows fantastic pictures in Dynamic view mode. The TV can also be connected to a PC or Laptop (cable not supplied). The menu and remote are very easy to use. br /Go for it! You will love it!

Like the previous reviewer, checked with Which and hey presto Amazon delivered in next to no time. Our TV was 15 years old so the jump to Widescreen and razor sharp images had us in awe! br / br /Set up is a dream, we live in a "difficult" Freeview area and the internal receiver knocks the socks of our set top box which was by no means a cheap one. br / br /Now we connect the laptop and hey presto we're watching High Definition clips legally available online. br / br /You won't be disappointed :-)
