I went to the cinema 8 times to see this movie........I love it.brIf you like Babs or just like the music industry lifestyle this movie is for you.pIt's a romantic story that will tug at your heart strings and it has a real feel good factor with it.pStrongly recommend it!

This is an absolute classic, the soundtract is fabulous. It's a feel-good movie and tear-jerker at the same time. It's a story of rags to riches for Streisand's character, but shows the down side to the rock and roll lifestyle for Kristoffeson's role. brThe love these two characters have for each other is definitely felt by the audience and you feel very much involved in the film. The climax of the movie is very emotional and will have you in tears.
