Anyone who does not rate this video as the most effective exercise routine in changing the shape of your body, has never done the rountine more than a couple of times. No way. These exercises truly give you an amazing, lean, and strong body with visible results in just less than a month. Just do the exercises. They are very gentle but tough to begin with. That is why they are so effective so quickly. Callan gets you to move your legs, bottom, thighs etc into one position. When in position you move that body part just a fraction, to and fro, until you feel, deep down your muscle being drawn into the bone!! It's amazing how effective these exercises are, and you will truly have a very firm body, legs, thighs (beautiful and lean, not bulky) and bottom (tight and high up!), and stomach (what stomach!)in such a short time, once done regularly. It's the small gentle movements that draws your flabby flesh in. And once you have learned the exercises you can truly do them anywhere. The video shows you how. Get this and buy a belt to pull in your jeans 'cos they'll be baggy on you within a month!

I had faster results from this exercise program than any other program I tried, including a gym's nautilus machine program.pI felt younger, more energetic, limber, and learned how to relax even better than in my lamaze birthing classes!pI would highly recommend this program to anyone of any age. (I am 43, have used the Original Callenetics for years and am still a size 3. I am also a mother of 2 and a grandmother!) Thank you Callen Pinkney!

I found these exercises hard at first, being a gym person, thought it would be easy for me. I was surprised that muscles ached in places I never thougth I had. I used to do these exercises instead of watching Eastender and Coronation Street. What a better way to spend an hour than sitting on your backside. I felt great after about five hours, noticed that legs looked less flabby and bum more shapley. Better than sweating your b*tt off down at the gym. I liked it so much that I did it every day, and moved onto super callanetics. WOW! The best money I have ever spent. Taking it up again for 2002 and can't wait to watch those envious eyes looking at me again. Hey guys, its not just for women!!

Forget no pain, no gain. Brilliant video. Speaking as a person with two worn discs and after following doctor and hospital advice for 15 years, most of my joints had seized up almost completely and subsequently I had gained weight (especially now entering my 50's), I had given up all hope of ever helping my back and neck problems and regaining something of my former figure, I accepted that I could never find an exercise programme to help myself without adding pain and strain to my joints. I was a little sceptical and frightened at first to do the stretching but this video does not lie !! Without any jolting of the joints and with a bit of practice to do them correctly I noticed the difference after only a few hours and within a couple of weeks had reduced my hips down by half an inch. You really do get addicted and without any special equipment, jumping around or even leaving the house, what could be better. Get out there girls and try this on for size !! Well done Callen. Can't wait to try her next one.
