 Easy, quick results and very effective! April 26, 2000

I tried Callanetics about 7 years ago, and although it's quite old it's still the best exercise video I've found yet. Each session is an hour long and you can do it anywhere in your house. The exercises involve very small movements, which also mean you don't sweat and you don't have to wear gym clothes. The participants in the video are all ages and sizes which is quite encouraging. Try this, you'll see and feel the results after just a few sessions!
