| Customer Reviews:
Buy this and you are on your own December 18, 2007 Mr. Justin M. Sare (Barcelona) I have been using the Kaspersky Internet Antivirus 6.0 for over a year have just renewed to the Kaspersky Internet Antivirus 7.0 version. Generally, I have been satisfied, up until I renewed it. It is quite easy to administer offered a fairly reliable protection for my home PC. However, the online renewal process has been an unmitigated nightmare. The payment process, as is often the case, is simple dimple. Once they've got your money though, you can scream at your PC all day send any amount of emails asking for their help (guaranteed 24 hour response according to them), but they will NEVER contact you (in my unfortunate experience). I had considerable trouble installing the updated version (I'm not Bill Gates, but I don't consider myself technically inept either). It took me 48 hours, no thanks to Kaspersky their totally confusing instructions. Now I have done it have used it for 2 weeks, I realise that I have got a couple of viruses the programme cannot get rid of them. So, I am not happy, I would NOT recommend this I would recommend "avast! 4 Home Edition", which is a freeware download. People using it swear by it the rumours about how the big companies producing antivirus are the very ones producing viruses to bump up trade are starting to ring true. As you wish, but you have been warned...
