Incredible game! pAmazing, you feel in the game, it's got OK graphics,bryou can change your views so you feel like the driver.brThe cool lego brick world, you can totally blow up!pBut, as soon as Lego Racers 2 came out, I've compared the two,brand Lego Racers 2 is 101 times worse than the original!brBuy this cheap game, but only buy no. 2 if you want to put the gamer off LR.brHopes this helps

We got this game for our 5 yr old daughter and she is really enjoying it. She plays it using a joystick as the keyboard controls were too complex for small hands that are not used to using keyboards, but the game plays happily with the stick. She's even teaching her 3 1/2 yr old sister how to play. In addition it's a fun enough game for us (the parents) to play aswell, particularly against one another ;-) so it's not likely she'll grow out of it too soon.pBuy this game. It's cheap, it's fun, it's accessible for the whole family.

Fast reactions are required for this game and my nine year old son's are certainly faster than mine. When ever he wants to get his own back he just challenges me to a game of Lego Racers and proceeds to thrash me convincingly.pLego Racers is not just a fast paced racing game it is also an outlet for a childs imagination in that the vehicles chosen to race first have to be constructed. From an easy to use menu a driver is selected and and kitted-out in race gear, the next stage is to construct your vehicle, using standard lego bricks you can let your imagination go wild from simple go-karts to rocket powered monsters.pOnce created the races are something else, the wonderful 3D graphics, sound effects and vibrant colours fill the screen, as you race your opponent or the computer you can collect various power-ups to help you win the race, from spilling oil to make your opponent skid to dropping bombs to blow them off the track. This is a fast -paced very enjoyable game and it is to be recomended to anyone to keep their children occupied for a long time (though not necessarily quietly).
