I couldn't imagine an easier software product to use. I just filled in the information about my products and hit publish. The thing worked flawlessly. I don't have a lot of patience for messing about with server configuration and DNS stuff, and I didn't have to.pOcassionally I can get it to crash, but then so does Windows. I wouldn't say that's a big deal. I just shut it down (the software not my PC) and restart. I've been using the software for over a year and it seems to be more stable with each update - which can be done automatically in the software. I think they're up to version 1.2 now.pI really like the fact that it sends a text message to me on my mobile phone when I get an order. I looked at the Actinic product because I heard great things about it, but it didn't seem to have this feature, and it was a lot more money.pMy only complaint is that I wish it had more templates, but I managed to get around that by editing my store in MS Word. I'm not a genius, but the results were still quite pleasing.pYou can't really go wrong here.
