The toy is unwrapped, the kids are excited then as they start using it, it becomes apparent to the adults that it really is cheap and nasty. Small, 2 dimensional shapes go together ok, but anything more adventurous is really out of the question, despite what the cover photos portray. However, small children find this utterly fascinating and my two girls continue to spent hours playing with this. They enjoy the whole process from placing the beads through to spraying with water and drying. br / br /So I feel this is a toy that 4 to 6 year-olds will love, but the poor quality will really be apparent to anyone older than that. br /

I found these Aqua beads very fun to play with. They are also very good because you don't have to iron them, you can just spray them to stick them together. br /I think they are prettier than hama bead creations because hama beads melt flat when they are ironed. Aqua bead keep their shape when thy are sprayed and glued. br /They are very easy to use and I recommend this toy to any child that enjoys making things.
