Sweep is surely more than a puppet: he is actually one of the greatest social commentators of our time. Squeaking eloquently to audiences everywhere alongside his curiously mute friend Sooty, who can deny the comic genius and timing of the old custard pie in the face, one of Sweep's trademark gags.pWhere cloning technology began with Dolly the sheep, we have progressed far enough that scientists at the University of Sootyology have been able to take Sweep's DNA (Dog Nucleic Acids) and produce a large amount of clones, so that you too can have your very own Sweep.pThe Sweep clone perfectly encapsulates the original... slightly gormless expression and sticky out ears, and the all important squeak is still there as well (although not in a hugely convenient place for squeaking - this puppet would actually be better for people with six fingers!). He'll probably stand up to a fair bit of Sooty Show re-enactment, so don't delay - get your Sweep today!
