I bought this cable on the basis of reading earlier reviews and can say that Im fully satisfied with this product.
It works perfectly and also there is noticable different in the quality output when compared with my DVD player connected with a traditional AV cable.

Don't be taken in by people saying its better to go for an expensive HDMI cable. Those who think they can see a difference in cables are kidding themselves. Its a digital cable, it transmits 1s and 0s, and this one will do just as good job as any other. Go for it, its a great price.

There is no way in this universe that a cable carrying a digital signal can affect picture quality, so forget the nonsense about special platings blessed by holy men. I paid one British penny for this cable, and of course it works fine. Why pay more?

I was a little put off by the low price but I hooked this up to my PS3 and found the quality to be great, much better than an ordinary scart.
The image is allot sharper and the resolution allot bigger. You will definitely need an HDMI cable to get the most out of your HD TV and at such a good price there is no reason NOT to get this.
