5 out of 5 stars Brillent!   June 21, 2005

When I first saw this, I just couldn't stop laughing, I laugh so hard, it was hard for me to breath and the tears never stop, I laugh when I saw this film, I laugh when I think about it, that's how brillient this film is, the best actor in it, was Charlie Drake and his mistakes are brillient, I rate this film 5 stars, you can not get better than that, I sure hope they bring the dvd version out soon.

A film you can really watch over and over again, just a reminder, as to this film can create a hugh dangerous amount of laugher, people with very bad heart conditions and a unsteady bladder, I suggest that you do not watch it...LOL

5 out of 5 stars Hysterically Funny...but needs a DVD release!   June 6, 2004

I just bought this video as my original one had worn out over the years due to constant watching of this funny and hysterical adult panto! Jim Davidson is superb (and rude!) as Buttons and Charlie Drake is hilarious as the Baron (even though he obviously forgets his lines a few times, which is really comical!). Jess Conrad (a former 50's heart-throb as Jim Davidson calls him!) plays Prince Charming (bit old for that isn't he?). I don't want to spoil the panto too much so just BUY IT NOW!! You won't regret it and you will be laughing forever more. Only for the broadminded though!

5 out of 5 stars Sinderella- really live   February 15, 2003

I had the privilage of seeing this live on stage and i was slightly disappointed to find that there are parts missing on the video, however this doesn't detract from one of the funiest Panto's i have ever seen.
From the entrance of Buttons to him being dragged off by the Fairy it is a laugh a second.
Charlie Drake is his usual self, a master of comic timing, and what can be said about Jess Conrad, absolutly nothing.
If Jim ever takes this on the road again do yourself a favour and get to the nearest theatre regardless of cost, your sides will ache for weeks after. Thanks Jim
