Hey Travi, do you have any pictures you can post of this material on your screen? I just finished with a similar setup and am wondering what material to use for the border. Seems like one yard would be enough even for my 150" screen, assuming the material can be seamlessly pressed together.

Sorry for the (super) late reply, meliorit.. I have been traveling a lot lately, and work on finishing the basement has taken a backseat. I've finally got everything else done, and all that is left is to assemble the frame together and hang it. I hope to have it done this weekend or the next. I'll post pictures as soon as I'm done.

Regarding the length required, no matter how hard you try, seams WOULD be visible.. at least up close. My recommendation would be to order length based on the longest piece you wish to cover.
