Volume of Driver

Im trying to get the last little bits worked out so I know all my specs and sizes when I go out to buy my MDF today and the last thing I need to figure out to get my box size is the volume of the driver. Im using a CSS Trio 12 and Im having a hard time figuring out the volume it displaces.

Re: Volume of Driver

I believe it's 4 liters, contact Bob at CSS to make sure.

Re: Volume of Driver

Most drivers seem to be between 3 and 5 litres. If you cant get an exact figure, then just work to 4 litres, being a litre out is neither here nor there in real terms, at least Ive yet to meet a guy that claims he can hear the difference in a litre of cabinet volume

Re: Volume of Driver

I'd not worry about it too much. The displacement isn't that significant.
