Re: what type of speaker

What is the net volume of the cabinet? Which 12" TC Sounds driver was it designed for?

Re: what type of speaker

Paradigm has something similar in the Sub 2, so the basic design seems to be a good one. What type of amp were you considering?

You'll have to come up with the net volume of the cabinet, the design is a bit much for me to figure out.

Re: what type of speaker

The CSS SDX12 looks to be a direct replacement for the TC Sounds LMS-R12. They should be available in a month or so if all goes well and if the productions parameters are close to the parameters I'm currently using.

Re: what type of speaker

you're probably better off designing the sub with horizontal brace rather than vertical brace like that. the 3 large panel without any bracing have a possibility they'll vibrate with low frequency. if it were me, i'd put at least 2 vertical brace to support all the panels simultaneously.

it'd be far easier to cut them even.

Re: what type of speaker

I have no idea on the pricing yet. I'm hoping there will be a special introductory price.
