Anyone with an Elite Cinetension 2 screen

I just bought a 92" Cinetension 2 screen off of ebay real cheap. The only problem with it is the seller said that one of the "strings" that lowers and raises the screen was cut and reattached and now the screen doesn't sit level because it's shorter than the other. I believe he is reffering to the tension cord. I know that the tension cord has nothing to do with the lowering and raising of the screen, it is used just for tensioning and confirmed that with a call to Elite. The tech I spoke with said that the cord is something they don't carry at thier location and I wouldn't be able to order it and that I shouldn't attempt to fix it myself.
I think that's a load and doesn't seem like a hard fix. I wanted to know if anybody with the same type of screen can let me know what type of cord is used for the tensioning that way I can start searching for it before I receive the screen.
Paid $245 for it so I saved $1000!!!! The seller is a store front and not a private seller so if there is anything besides the cord wrong with it I can send it back free shipping and total refund. It's a win win!!!!

I haven't received the screen yet. Maybe by the end of the week. As soon as I get it I'll post a picture. I received a follow up email from the tech at Elite and was told that this can't be repaired by them or fixed in the field. Huh!!! It's just a cord that attaches to the roller and rod....I don't see why that can't be replaced.

Re: Anyone with an Elite Cinetension 2 screen

Just thought I'd add a little follow up on the screen. I received it last Thursday and was suprised to see it triple boxed. Quickly checked (received it at work), to see if everything was there...all accessories there and looked as if nothing was used because everything was still in the plastic.
Brought it home and did a temporary install in the laundry room to see how the screen worked. As the seller from ebay stated one of the tension strings was cut and reattached, but that was it...eveything else looked good. After some adjustments the screen is working like new. Even though the tension string is cut it doesn't matter unless you extend the screen all the way to the bottom. For my application I don't need the screen to go that low. I plan on installing it this weekend and will post a some pics when I'm done.
