Sadly, that means that you need to contact their customer support and arrange to get it repaired. If it's out of warranty, it'll probably be less expensive to buy a replacement. However, most credit cards double the original manufacturer's warranty period, so check that.

TX-SR444 audio issues. audio only works on zone a.

So I don't believe I even had this for a year and it was new and it is already having issues. It started having the audio cut in and out for a few seconds a few times a day and I ignored it. Now it only goes through 2 speakers and the subwoofer and for whatever reason audio only works on zone a. if I try and change the settings like to mono, stereo etc it just says "zone off" forcing me to put it on. I even did a 7.1 test in the speaker set up on my pc and all the 7 sounds come out of the 2 speakers instead of 7. Yes I did a factory reset. It does this to every channel. I tried my ps4 as well.
