195" diagonal fixed screen drop down

We just purchased a new home, and I am trying to figure out how to make my old 195" 2.35 aspect fixed AT screen drop down in front of our windows/doors. I would ideally like to have the screen drop down in front of my speakers, but that would mean extending the screen mount out 3' to clear the speakers. Alternatively I can live with the screen dropping down about 6" from the wall to clear the curtains. My wife wants the screen, and speakers hidden when not being used. The speakers will be hidden in stands holding heavy vases, but I am not sure how to make the screen come down and go back up easily. I had thought of getting an electric pull down screen, but they are way over budget (6k) for a 180" diagonal, and I have a budget of under 2k for getting the screen setup done.

Any ideas on how to make this happen? Attached is a pic of the windowed wall I wa t to drop the screen in front of. The screen is 15' wide, and the wall is 19' wide.
