CSS SDX 10 Sealed Project with BASH300 amp

Looking to build single CSS SDX 10 Sealed. It will be for music, not too loud. I would like to keep it as small as possible on the driver side. It can be taller than the driver (any height), and deeper (any depth), but it must be as 'skinny' as possible on one side. Any design ideas? I will probably put some acoustic foam inside. I've dropped the tiny 8" driver idea for obvious reasons.

Hi,

Please look at the "Duet SDX10A" on the main website and you will see the 2 simulations that Jeff Bagby did for us.

Best regards and blessings

Thanks! So 14" cubed is probably about as small as I want to go. I like the look of your SDX10 kit with the amp and antimode... How effective is the antimode? As good as Audyssey sub XT?

I don't have any comparison data or experience between Antimode and Audyssey or any of the other receiver based EQ. As I'm currently out of stock on the Cinema I'd be prepared to give you a deal on the combo but with the S-II which is better.

Ok, how much for the kit (including shipping to Toronto? I've purchased from you before)?

How's $575 plus HST? $649.75 includes shipping and 8033S-II. The BASH300 is on it's way to me and I would be able to ship on the 15th.

Thanks
Bob

Ordered!

So would a 14" cube work with the amp and driver, or would there not be enough space?

Anybody? I've never built a sealed sub before, but if I could make it 14" cubed, it'd be perfect for my purposes. Would it hit the amp? what is the amount of space I can have between the amp and this driver?

Re: CSS SDX 10 Sealed Project with BASH300 amp

Hi,

Apologies for the delay. The SDX10 has a 6" depth and the amp a 4" so the 14" cube should be fine.
