Re: TC Sounds LMS-5400 18" sealed 75L vs. 200L *special test*

For the driver weight being 78lbs it won't go with USPS. I think DHL would take around 300$ for one way trip. I believe the cheapest way would be to send it with service wich is used to send car...

Re: Coming soon. FW18.1

Nice work Nathan. It looks really cool enclosure. :)

Too bad that the cone looks like a really cheap paper cone with ugly dustcap. Cone with same glossy look as the surround and with inverted...

Re: TC Sounds Bankrupt

I know what went wrong. TC sounds should have moved the production to china a long time ago and not to try to keep the made in USA flag on their products. The fact is even though some people think...

Re: Subwoofer Tests - Fall 2007

[/QUOTE]
This is interesting. I didn't think about the voice coil heating at all, but like jakeman said, the first thing that came to my mind was the driver surrounds. How does that affect to the...

Re: Subwoofer Tests - Fall 2007

Yeah, good news, but with that price I would expect neodymium magnets for that driver.

Re: LMS-5400 / RL-p18" buy-in

Haha, don't take it so seriously. I was just teasing because I knew that you made those in very short time. The looks are not important, only performance is. :T

Re: LMS-5400 / RL-p18" buy-in

Wrong. At 115dB sweep 2kW wasn't enought because the amp clipped. Don't you remember, the 115dB sweep was incomplete. ;)

Re: LMS-5400 / RL-p18" buy-in

You are kidding right? You must be talking about the avalance, because none of the LMS looks good on 650 liter enclosure.

More xmax than the drivers you are selling now? I guess there will be also Q18 with 30mm xmax with no IB tweaks?

One more thing. Are these two new drivers completely new or just minor tweaks to...
