Thanks Dave, must admit it was quite alot of work to get the screw holes all covered and sanded before painting, think I will rebate all the panels in my second box and just use glue and clamping...

Finished first box,painted it with three double coats of Satin Black, was just the colour and finish I was looking for,just have to some paint put into a spray can so i can cover up...

Thanks Mike, I will bear that in mind, if the flaring doesnt work i will give the slotted port a go, and yes I will keep the tuning the same as Mike's. Donot have enough knowledge yet to start...

That is a option I may consider, I imagine u would take the inside surface area of the three cylinders and convert it to a cube, is this correct?
