Thanks jb. I have heard a few people praise rel t5. Although it is only 8 inch driver with 125 watts, it somehow produces very musical low end. Can someone explain why?

Go for it. The LS50's are more refined than the 102s and are smaller. They are voiced more for vocals and are, it seems, clearer than 102s.

Yes. May be it is better to just have different eq for different songs, store them with the song in the music player like Fubar2000 or such and then the song will use that when being played.
