Re: Best Paintable Surface For Black Widow

Hello there,

Another option could be to use a good flat paint. My previous home townhouse with basement had very rough poured concrete walls and I managed to get a great picture off of it with the...

Re: Cheap Velvet Tape for Screen Border? Alternatives?

Update: I just recently applied the black felt tape to my screen area and I love the results! The felt absorbs the light wonderfully and cleans up my screen edges nicely. I probably should have gone...

Re: Cheap Velvet Tape for Screen Border? Alternatives?

I have been very busy with work and the holidays so I have not had time to try the tape out with the projector. I hope to have a chance this weekend and I will post back when I do.

Re: Time to repaint my screen....

Very interesting Nak! I used to have the SW Proclassic and now prefer the Glidden 9000-4 flat for my projector wall (shows less of my wall imperfections and seems brighter with wider viewing). That...

Re: FAVI Projector Screens or DW or?

Thanks for the info Harpmaker! So the Glidden you mentioned would be the best way to go for a flat/low sheen neutral white that is cheap(ish) I was not sure on that or a Behr but not sure if Behr upw...

Re: Screen Paint help for Optoma HD20

Thank you for the feedback Harpmaker. I will have another look at the wall after work tonight. I may just end up getting a sanding block and sanding down all the seams back to how they were. They...

Re: Screen Paint help for Optoma HD20

Understood, Mechman. Now I think I have gone and messed my wall up. I thought I would try and cover the concrete seams (4 or 5 of them from ceiling to the ground) with spackle then I sanded them down...
