Re: AMP Recommendation

Believing is such a wonderful thing.

If anyone actually knows I'd be interested.

Re: AMP Recommendation

I own an ep4000, which is essentially the same as an EP2500. The fan runs full speed as soon as you turn it on, and stays full speed till you turn it off. They are quite noisy as well, think Xbox360 loud when they are running full tilt. As linked though, there is a mod that can be done very easily to fit a quiet fan.

Re: AMP Recommendation

Moonfly....THANK YOU!...that's the answer i was looking for.

I read about the quiet fan mod but I was also hoping it would not run constantly.

Re: AMP Recommendation

no problem. I wouldn't have thanked me either as my response was rather snarky.

Google and shop around. There are allot of deals to be had on the berhingers, especially the discontinued models.

Re: AMP Recommendation

Thanks...no hard feelings.

I think b&h has the 1500 for $199 which seems very reasonable.
