Wiring from amp to receiver??

I know this may seem like a dumb questions, but I've only ever plugged lfe into my receiver and have had my sub preform. I plan on doing a DIY build soon and will have to have an external amp. I plan to use the behringer inuke 1000 bridged to 4 ohms with the stereo integrity 15in d2. I sort of have the sub to amp wiring in my head, but how will I attach it to my receiver? It just seems like I will have to use normal speaker wire but the only sub out on the receiver is the lfe jack. Hope this isn't do dumb of a question :/. I have tried to research this myself but there are no clear tutorials.
Thanks..

Re: Wiring from amp to receiver??

There are no dumb questions, only questions that need answers for someone who wants to learn.

the LFE on your receiver is a RCA line level output, that needs to be connected to a line level input on the iNuke. Page 15 of the manual shows you the 3 possible connectors you can use.

Looks like I'll need some sort of adapter?
