Not sure If im modelling this correctly. This is telling me that I'd have to go up to 600W per speaker to hit Xmax. I've read in other places that 250-350w would be the most you'd want to go with dual opposed IB318 subs to prevent from bottoming out.

I currently have a pair of adire audio tempest for my IB. I want to upgrade to the either the ib318 or the um18-22. I see the FI is quite popular but what about the ultimax? Pricewise I can get a pair of the ultimax for $100 less than the ib318. Any suggestions?
