I already use REW to improve my listening space, but I also wanted to use it to measure my HRTF. I realized it's doesn't seem to be possible to measure with 2 microphones at the same time. Is it possible? If not, any idea of a work around, based on REW, to achieve that? An idea: can I...

If I don't have a single reference listening position, but rather wish to average the effect that measurement location has on response by averaging over a few different locations, would it be valid to use three or four ECM8000 mics simultaneously by running them through a mixer with the main...

Hello, Although new to Acoustic Measurements I am reading up to get as much information as I can as fast as I can. My goal is to find out my room modes/problems and then starting with acoustic treatments move to Digital Room Correction for the last bits of performance. It is my understanding...

Hi all, I have a few calibrated SIA RTA-420 mics for sale. These mics are exactly the same as the dbx RTA-M microphones, and the mics the Sencore includes with some of their meters. These mics typically sell for $80-$120. I'm selling the mics with Premium+ level calibration (on axis, off axis...

Hi all. another newbie question. Does anyone ever use the external mic that come with their AV receiver with REW? I am about to purchase an Integra 8.9 and wondering if the mic that comes with it would be good enough? you assume it would as it what its designed for? maybe a stupid question but...

Hi, Has anyone compared CALIBRATED microphones or know of websites that have? There are a number of places who will calibrate microphones or sell calibrated ones but I've never seen any tests comparing the results. I've often wondered what our hard earned calibration money is really buying us...

Is there any need to "point" the microphone? I use a Behringer mic. (My Audyssey unit manual emphasizes pointing their mic straight up towards the ceiling. My DEQX unit manual emphasizes pointing the mic directly towards the speaker.) Where can one get a mic calibrated?
