  1. Home Audio Speakers
Why is it that people select Hi End speakers vs PA style speakers? When you go to a Concert they are using PA Speakers for the voice, and instruments... Not High End speakers. Wouldn't it be more like the original sound to use PA Speakers?
  2. Home Theater, Audio and Video News
Much to the chagrin of the average American, the World Cup is arguably the single most popular sporting event in the world. In 2010, FIFA (The Fédération Internationale de Football Association) reported that nearly a billion fans watched some portion of the Cup’s Championship game and close to...

  8. Audio Processing
Hello out there to all you audio proficient folks. My questions sound simple to myself but I'm sure the answers are more complicated than my feeble brain can comprehend. Can I use a graffic equalizer with a home theater surround sound system and how would it be hooked up? Or...is there an...

I did a quick search and didn't find anything, so I apologize in advance if there is a thread or discussion on this topic already. Hey all, Been running my Kef iQ's for a while now, and it is about time for an upgrade. What I really wanted was the monitor style LCR's, where i can hide them behind acoustic fabric under the screen. You know, like the M&K series. Any ideas? I don't have a budget yet, but trust me, it's...

I sure wish someone would make a nice Bass Trap that wasn't ugly. My home theater is trimmed with a whole lot of woodwork. The ability to choose a bass trap that would match or come closer to matching my particular set up would sure be nice. Black bass traps are OK but something other than that...
