Hey hey hey! I'm in Johnson City, TN, USA. I'm a help desk geek by day, and a toddler wrangler by night. I'm into ecigs, gadgets, and music containing more than 3 or 4 chords -- but not so much a-modal / dodecaphonic (Schoenberg, etc.), unless it's accompanying a good thriller flick.

Hi to all. I have taken measurement with REW and Umik-1 of the Audyssey Multi Xt on my Denon 4311, with my hall with 13+2 speakers. In case of use of a minisdp box, i must take measurement and equalization with Umik-1 before of calibration Multi Xt Audyssey or after it? Many thanks to all for...

Setup and Operation Here is where the size of the Atmos becomes a real advantage. Whether you do the "sub crawl" or move the unit to various locations in your room, this compact sub makes the process easy. Hey all, I'm the happy new owner of a Marantz 6007 receiver. I received and hooked it up yesterday, run Audyssey, and it sounds great. There's one thing bugging me though, as I traded up from my Denon 1913 to this, one of the things I was hoping for was the MultiEQ xt - as opposed to just...

Hi I am looking to upgrade my surround processor to one with the good-quality RC for the "ultimate movie experience". I current own audiolab 8000AP, and while it lacks some common features, it has a very clean, detailed sound.. accordingly to many reviews - better of Onkyo 5509, Marantz 7701...

I am looking into a receiver upgrade from my Denon 1910 for two main reasons that I find lacking with my current reciever. Something that can properly adjust my subwoofer with Audyssey MultiEQ XT & GUI over HDMI. I have looked at the Denon 2112 but am open to other suggestions or even other brands.

I currently own a Denon receiver that has Audyssey Multeq on a 5.1 set up. Is it worth upgrading to one that has Multeq XT or even better Multeq XT32? What is the advantage in having the other filters?
