The 2" x 8" is the inside dimensions of the vent and the 16" length includes the thickness of the front baffle. You'll also need a camera to take pics of your build. :bigsmile:

If the port width is not the width of the box, most people build a 3 sided port and use the bottom of the box for the forth side.
