The Shiva-X with the O-Audio 500 watt plate amp would make a good combination. With he amps subsonic filter set at 20hz, the boost applied at that frequency would reinforce the low end. The cabinet would be front ported with a slot port 4"H x 5"W x 31" long and tuned to 19 hz.. The port would run front to back and turn 90 degrees up wards and terminate at 31 inches. Both amps plus both subs would cost 854 plus shipping.
