Hi

I have a Hitachi 46f500 that was having a convergence problem. I replaced the STK392-110 and STK392-150 that came with the tv with two STK392-150's. Tested the resistors and they all checked out fine. The tv worked great for a few months. When i turn the tv on after its been off for a while the picture looks perfect but after the tv has been on for about 15 mins the picture will start to roll horizontally as well as shift vertically. While its doing this the colors also look like the convergence is off. There will also occasionally be a band of black across the picture from upper left to lower right. Would replacing the STK392-150's help this problem or is this something totally different?

Thanks

Jay

Your post was moved to the proper forum to maintain forum organization.

Your problem is not likely convergence. Sync problems are usually elesewhere and will likely require troubleshooting that is beyond the scope of this forum. You will need a schematic and a scope, likely, as well as familiarity with TV sync and deflection circuits.
