Please excuse my naivety/stupidity, but I am trying to find out what combination of REW and hardware I need to send individual 7.1 pink noise/sweeps etc. via HDMI, channel by channel, to a AV processor for general speaker analyzing and also for before/after analyzing of EQ processes such as ARC or Room Perfect.

It seems like such a basic need, but I just can't seem to find what I need. Thanks in advance.

For Windows, an HDMI output that supports 7.1 audio and an ASIO driver for it, ASIO4All seems to do the job for most folk. To capture the signals a MiniDSP UMIK-1 works well. For OS X multichannel is supported using the Java drivers.
