I'm contemplating a 2-18" subwoofer build, and I've seen quite a little discussion on IST's drivers, and oooooh yeah, the spec's look good. BUT, I can't locate TS parameters for the IXL-18.4, and there are some available for sale priced within my budget. I don't have modeling software but have been playing around with the DIY Audio spreadsheet, and would like to do some theoretical comparisons before I commit to which build I'm going to do.

Thanks Mike. I'm trying to sort out the conundrum of what drivers to use. If I'm going to run that B&C 21SW115-8 off of one channel, my amp drives about 550 watts, waaaay below what the driver will handle. I was kicking around ways to present a 4 or 2 ohm load. That said, it's still a pretty solid output I'm looking at even at 550/750 peak, and the system should be relatively well balanced. If I keep dithering around I'll never get the thing built. Besides, I'd hate to "finish" the system ... that would be no fun!
