I know from reading the above sticky that many different cap will work but which RS part number would be the best? If RS does not have the best part then who would?

Ok here is what I put in the clean box. Raido Shack 1.0 UF Metalized-Film Capacitor 250W. Kind of bing but fit no problem. I use 2 of them. Will be hooking up soon. Lets pray nothing Blows up!

With no response I went ahead with the mod. All seems well. Any feedback would be appreciated.
