My first guess would be a connection not made well.
Leonard Thanks for your replay,

"Connection not made well" do you mean the flat cables from Display to SDR-buffer boards ? it seems a little difficult that I was wrong on all 6 cables
If so, must be a single cable somewhere, but where ?

I checked this 3D and paid much attention to the connection on SDR-buffer boards , I can assure you that the black lines, when I move the flat cable, never appear correct

It can be the Xsus or Ysus ?
Leonard, I must inform you that you were right, I pressed better the flat cables and everything is gone OK :sn:!!!

Thanks so much
I had those issues with my p50s601 when the cables on the driver boards were not pressed in far enough. I had to do them over and over again. That tv almost looks the same as my two hitachi plasmas. Glad to hear you got it figured out.
oh if you have the old board there is a guy in my post about the p50h401 and p50s601 who repairs the sdr boards. I had the same two capasitors in both of my sets that went bad too. I was reading somewere that those chemi con brand caps are known to go bad.

The guy charged me 50 to repair my sdr board.
Hi Jason,
Your 3D helped me a lot, I bought the SDR in Singapore at a good price.
Now I have two SDR, with over a burned chip, maybe sell them on ebay for a few dollars, it might help someone to recover the good chip.

How much do the boards cost from singapore? Around here they cost around 120 to 175 us dollars a board for new boards. You may find someone who wants your dead boards. At least they are cheap to ship since they dont weight that much. They can be shipped in a padded envelope.
Found it at 90 us dollars on www.aliexpress.com
I just looked on that web page and they want $125.26 us for one board. http://www.aliexpress.com/product-f...ffer-board-uper-ND60200-0047-wholesalers.html

I also see the buffer chips listed on that web page http://www.aliexpress.com/product-fm/420971233-FE3294-wholesalers.html

So if someone has one skills they can replace the buffer chips. It is to fine of work for me so I just sent it off to have someone else replace the driver chips. Unit Price:US $6.32 - 10.53 depending on how many you buy.
I ran across your post and I'm having the same problem with my tv after I have replaced the main power board, both upper and buffer boards and the Y-board. I do have one small section that is clear on the tv. I have check all connections to make sure they are getting good contact. Do you think maybe the contacts need to be cleaned? if so, I have purchased some electrical cleaner but not sure how I should clean them? Just spray cleaner and let dry? Or spray and wipe off "with what kind of paper towel" ?
I doubt that it is cleaning. More likely not seating properly. If you clean, wipe gently along the lines of the cable off the end.
I did check and re-check all the seats. But I will take apart this week end and try them all again. Is it safe to do this with the TV on and working so I can check my progress? I assume if it is a seat problem I should be able to start with the top cable on the buffer board and move and seat until that part of the screen turns clean with no black lines?
