Blurry picture on 43fdx20b

I have a hitachi big screen that has a blurry picture. The red seems to be off at the screen edges. I tried to adjust the red convergence, but it will only move in the opposite direction as it needs to. So it is either not going that direction or at the maximum. A picture of the adjustment screen is attached.

Any advice would be appreciated.
