Okay I am looking into getting a subwoofer for my home theater system. My budget is around $250-300 and the size of the room it will be in is about 17x15 ft but I may get a bigger room so I'd like to get either a 12 or a 15. I would also like the sub to be able to get a 4 ohm load and I would also like it to work well in a Transmission Line enclosure or a Folded Horn enclosure (similar to the "Wicked One"). The amplifier I will be using will be a Behringer EP1500.

If this is for HT then there are much better options then the Wicked One. A Tuba HT horn would outperform the W.O. in your room size and fit your budget.

I have a tuba HT, excellent sub but for a reality check, bring your refrigerator into your listening room to get a sense of how big it will be. (Ok, maybe a little exaggerated...cut two feet off the top of the fridge.):T
