Connecting a New Receiver to an Old Projector

My Onkyo TX-SR805 has died and I'm replacing it with a Denon AVR-X1500H.
Not quite as powerful, but has all the latest bells and whistles.
While waiting for the Denon to arrive, I'm starting to worry if the new Denon will be able to talk to my projector which is an Epson EMP-TW2000 and which is only geared up for HDMI v1.3.

I obviously won't be running 4K video, but does anyone know if there will be any problems?

I guess i should also ask if there will be any other connection issues? My DVD player also connects using old HDMI.
