Connecting LG sn8yg sound bar to Google Home & Google assistant

Having no Smart Phone. Please provide detailed instructions on how to set up the LG SN8YG sound bar to Google Home and Google Assistant on a Win10 PC. I understand there are certain features on this sound bar that require access to Google Home. Please ensure all instructions are provided to make this happen.
