Howdy.

Looking to go with streaming and stop paying to rent cable boxes. Would love to hear from others that have done the same - especially those with receiver-based / multi-speaker Dolby audio (I've got 2 in my home); also interested in enabling wi-fi for TVs that didn't come that way... Anxious to "cut the cord".

Been using DirecTV Now for about 6 mnths . I do really like it s, though the channel guide does not have page up/down...that's my only real complaint ...Do your research on the channels you want... I use Roku Ultra and the picture and sound is really good.. obviously you wont be streaming any Dolby Atmos content so that point is mute...
Obviously you will want to have your devices hard wired to your network where you can. If your Wifi is lacking in range or speed i HIGHLY recommend the Ubiquiti AMPLIFI HD - the wifi range is UNreal and the speed is about as good as your going to get with wifi at this price point....hope this helps
