I called Parts Express last week and ordered the materials for a LLT enclosure. The Dayton HF 15" I ordered will be powered by the SPA 500 watt amplifier.

On the advice of the PE sales staff I ordered a 3" ID flared port tube kit and a 15" extension.

My use for this sub will be 70% HT and 30% music in a 4000 cu. ft room. And I want to drag it outside occasionally to let it run wild, playing hip hop and rock.:sn:

I'd like to keep the 'footprint' around 25" X 25".

My first question is, did I get a big enough port tube? And what frequency should I tune to?
