Hi all
I would like to design and build a 2 way system based on some speakers I have obtained with no available data. I have only commenced reading on the topic however I understand I will need to obtain impedance measurements of Thiele and Small parameters to design an enclosure, then measure the drivers in the enclosure for FR (Frequency Response curves) in order to design a crossover.
I’m told ARTA – LIMP and REW software will be capable of this, however REW has a stronger support forum
I’m not sure if my my pc’s built in sound card has stereo input, and cant find a logical way to check. I had planned on purchasing the Behringer UC202/222 which a few have been using with both software, however I came across the following post:

Will this be an issue for what I intend to use it for?
Can anyone recommend an internal or external sound card that is say <$35
I will be building the simple jig shortly, should I use metal film or carbon resistors, and 1 watt or .5 watt (I believe the Behringer puts out about 1.2w so that would necessitate at least a 1w resistor?)
If anyone has any guides, links or advice specifically related to what I wish to achieve or please pipe in.
Many thanks
