Island of Lost Souls (1932) A twisted treasure from Hollywood's pre-Code horror heyday, "Island of Lost Souls" is a cautionary tale of science run amok adapted from H. G. Wells's novel "The Island of Dr. Moreau." Kenton ("House of Frankenstein"), is elegantly shot by Karl Struss ("The Great Dictator"), features ground breaking makeup effects that inspired generations of monster-movie artists, and co-stars Bela Lugosi in one his most gruesome roles. I'm looking forward to Captain America even though it wasn't the best of the comic book hero films. Dominic Cooper was underrated as Stark.

The big release of the month is definitely the Jurassic Park trilogy though to be honest I never cared for the 2nd film.
