When I'm targeting a room mode, I find it's easier to see what effect it had on the decay by plotting the spectral decay points for that frequency. Would this be a feature that could be added to REW?

Meaning to plot level versus time at a selected frequency? A little like a waterfall viewed from the side. Could be done, but V5 can calculate the T60 decay times for modal resonances and show them directly, and it also allows provides a live preview of the effect a filter adjustment will have on the waterfall while you alter the filter which works pretty well for filter tuning, so best try that first (of course I need to finish up the help file changes and make the beta version available first ).

Yes, it will be a public beta. I can't promise a date (having missed several previous promises already) as other things have been getting in the way, but it is progressing.
