Hello,

I can't find the answer to my questions anywhere.
When examining filtered ETC measurements, I was wondering how you account for the lack of time resolution information?
If I were to use this post from Northward acoustics on the Gearslutz forum as an example;

When looking at the one octave filtered 63Hz band for your medium sized control room, it looks as if it takes around 25ms to reach zero dB.
How do you go about understanding what is actually happening in the time domain as the filter's contribute their own decay to the measurement?
In Room Eq Wizard, can I reliably use the “time reversed filtering” ? I do not believe this is nearly accurate enough when examining early reflections..
Any clarification you could give would be fantastic.
Kind regards,
James.
