Just a guess, but do you mean a Mitsubishi WS55511? If so, some are pico fuses that are soldered in and some are glass fuses that clip in. Why are you asking?

Yes it is. After I was changing cables in the back on the 1080i input. The TV shook alittle It was on and I saw a spark by the convergence heat sync and the TV shut down. Got a continuous flashing green light again. I just had the capasitors in the DM board changed. I got it to work

You will generally be more likely to get useful help if you give more information. Your posts suggest there is more to tell, since to see a spark near the heat sink you would have to have the set open, and "again" suggests a previous problem. Is the LED flashing continuously or does is only flash intermittently?
